Joy El is a Christian organization with multiple ministries that evangelize, disciple, train and encourage people of diverse ages and needs. The particular spiritual, social and financial demands sometimes experienced by the core staff of Joy El require that some basic agreements of doctrine, commitment and purpose be reached prior to employment. General Information
The job description of the position for which you are applying should be thoroughly read and understood before any employment agreement is reached. NOTE: Hourly staff are hired for a specific job or purpose and are paid an agreed-upon hourly wage for hours worked. Hourly staff may be part-time or full-time depending on the arrangements agreed upon when hired.
