As a standard policy, we do not cover the entire cost of an event for anyone. A minimum fee must be paid: $100 for overnight camp, $50 for day camp, $25 for a retreat.
Your payment must arrive with this form. If we are unable to grant assistance, your deposit will be refunded. Refunds are not granted under any other circumstances.
Each child is eligible for assistance for one week per summer and one retreat during the year.
Financial aid funds will be applied directly to the camper's account.
Please include a specific explanation of your financial need in this form. Failure to provide explanation will delay processing of your request. We may contact your church.
Financial aid funds are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. We reserve the right to make decisions about distribution of funds. We may not be able to grant your full request.
The amount of financial aid granted will be based on our available funds, your financial need, and your ability to satisfy the criteria of the guidelines.

Checklist: All items should be completed by June 1st for summer camp. No applications will be accepted after midnight Wednesday of the week prior to your child's camp. The application deadline for retreats is 1 week prior to the event. Please submit all of the following at the same time:
