Our Staff
Amy Painter
Equipping Coordinator
Amy became involved with Bible Adventure/CIA in the fall of 2022 as a leader in the Southern Huntingdon CIA program. Amy enjoyed forming relationships with both the kids and the other leaders.  In their school district, they have 3 elementary schools and 1 junior/senior high school.  Amy became aware that they had one school in our district that did not currently have a Bible Adventure program. The very next school year, Amy helped start a program at Rockhill Elementary. Amy enjoys working with both the kids and the leaders each week. In the fall of 2025, Amy joined the staff as the Equipping Coordinator for Huntingdon County as well as part of Fulton County.  She was also blessed to be able to facilitate the opening of a new program in Mount Union. It is her prayer to see these programs grow as Bible Adventure continues to expand throughout Huntingdon County.
Amy currently lives in Three Springs, PA with her husband, David. They have been blessed with 5 adult children, Jonathan, Samuel who is married to Michaela, Fred, Sarah and Abigail. They also have the sweetest granddaughter in the whole world, Charlotte. When Amy am not working in children’s ministry, you will most likely find Amy out in her workshop. Amy enjoys being creative and serving others through the gifts the God has given her.
Two verses that are meaningful to her are:
Ephesians 2:10 – “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
Romans 8:28 – “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
